General Terms

• The vehicle used for transfers is not at disposal.
• All transfers and sightseeing by Car (As per the itinerary from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM).
• In Kashmir (Gulmarg, Pahalgam & Sonmarg), outside vehicles are not allowed for local sightseeing of Chandanwari, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, etc.
• At hill stations like Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and other destinations in Himachal Pradesh and North East India, vehicles are only allowed up to the parking place.
• To reach snow glaciers, ponies/horses must be hired at the guest's expense.

Arpan Holidays shall not be responsible for any preponement, postponement, or delay of flights. All taxes, entrance fees, airfare, etc., if included, are as of the current date. Any future hikes will be charged extra directly to the client.

Identification Requirements

It is mandatory to carry a valid government-approved photo ID while on tour.

Important Notes

• All sightseeing is subject to weather conditions and other local factors on the day of the tour.
• No refunds will be provided for unused/missed services, including hotel accommodations.
• Passengers must report to the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure for security checks.
• Rates are subject to change due to hikes in fuel prices or local taxes imposed by the government.
• For 1 Adult + 1 Child traveling together, the adult rate will apply to the child.
• Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed.
• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in is subject to hotel discretion.
• No refunds for unused services or accommodations.
• During high season, all bookings are 100% non-refundable once confirmed.
• Arpan Holidays reserves the right to modify or discontinue any package at any time.

Payment Policy

• 50% payment required at the time of booking
• Remaining balance due 40 days prior to check-in
• 100% payment must be deposited before the trip starts
• Final confirmation is provided only after full payment is received

Cancellation Policy

• 45+ days before arrival: 1 full day charge
• 30-44 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
• 15-29 days before arrival: 75% of total cost
• 0-14 days before arrival: 100% of total cost
• No refunds for unexpected early departures

COVID-19 Specific Policies

• If a group member tests positive for COVID-19, we will waive cancellation fees for that specific room (proof required).
• If the government imposes a sudden lockdown within 96 hours of arrival, cancellation fees will be waived.
• Standard cancellation policies apply for cancellations due to general travel concerns about COVID-19.

Additional Information

• Children below 5 years stay free of charge.
• Always arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure for security checks.
• Check weather forecasts before traveling to pack appropriate clothing.
• For houseboat stays in Srinagar, obtain the contact number of the houseboat attendant or local tour coordinator in advance.
• Do not make any additional payments to drivers without coordinating with your tour representative.
• Adhere to the timings provided by your tour coordinator/driver for a smooth experience.
• Be aware of hotel meal timings for breakfast and dinner.
• Always carry your travel documents and hotel confirmations for smooth check-ins.
